Bronze Burmese Alms Pot

One of a pair of exceptional antique lidded bronze alms pots from Burma. These were used primarily for holding food offerings for the monks. Aside from being wonderful art objects, they would make fantastic lamp bases. Both have been drilled at the bottom and one has a side hole. The lid is also hollow through the top, like a funnel. This pot is one of a pair - each is priced separately.
